What is GYM WARRIOR?

GYM WARRIOR is a fantastic and challenging multi-activity experience where physical strength meets a profound purpose in support of the NI Hospice.

This event is a multi-activity challenge bringing together 12 teams, each representing their own gym, to compete across a wide range of activities designed to test strength, endurance, teamwork, and strategy. Each team can have a mixture of Ladies & Gents.

From physically demanding challenges to fast-paced, skill-based tasks, every activity has been created to be as fun as it is challenging, ensuring that no single strength dominates and that teamwork is just as important as fitness.

Teams will earn points throughout the day based on performance, consistency, and determination, with standings shifting right until the final challenge. While competition is fierce, the true goal is collective — raising vital funds for an incredible hospice charity, proving that when communities come together, everyone wins.
